About Our Company
OBS Property Services Ltd
Established in 2005, our company is BAFE-approved for fire alarm design, installation, service, and commissioning. We are currently enhancing our qualifications further, undergoing assessments for SSAIB certification in intruder and security systems, expected to be completed by the end of April, and for NAPIT certification in electrical installations, due by the end of May.
Our engineers are thoroughly trained in key safety procedures, including fire damper and fire door inspections, as well as servicing and supplying portable fire extinguishers. This expertise ensures all our services are executed with the utmost precision and adherence to safety standards.
